How Does a Club Become Chartered? In order for a group to become chartered, a request form must be completed and sent to the International Women’s Ministries Office. The cost of the charter is a one-time fee of $6.00. With the purchase of a charter, the club is eligible to receive membership cards at no charge on request. Charter certificates are suitable for framing and display. The church’s name, chartering date, and assigned number are on the certificate, as well as the signatures of the International Women’s Ministries Coordinator, the International Girls Clubs Assistant, the State Girls Clubs Coordinator and the Pastor.
