Counselor Enrichment Training Course (CETC) This new and updated manual is an excellent self-study course for all counselors, though not required. The CETC program will assist with some of the unique challenges that ministry to girls presents. This manual consists of six sections titled: A Girls Club Counselor... Models The CETC program contains a Bible study, scripture worksheets, and current information to train our Girls Clubs counselors. Each notebook will serve as an excellent resource guide for counselors. This manual continues to include vital church and club histories, as well as age group characteristics. All four clubs will use the same training course, preparing counselors for working with any group.
