Anniversary of Ladies Ministries in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Zaire, West Central Africa Submitted by Frances Brannen, Area President, Northern and Central Africa and Sister Therese Malanda, National Chair Lady, Church of God in Congo (Note: The meeting was held October 4-6, 2007.
The theme for the meeting was “Lady, the Tool of Revival.”) Hereby I am to inform you that we are okay and that Ladies Ministries activities are successful in the Democratic Republic of Congo. On October 6th, we always celebrate the anniversary of Ladies Ministries. This year we have got the report from different province that the day of October 6th was celebrated successfully. In Kinshasa the capital city, all of us we met in one local church “AMOUR DE DIEU CHURCH OF GOD.” Thursday, October 4 and Friday, October 5 was the provincial conference of Ladies Ministries and Saturday, October 6 was the anniversary of Ladies Ministries in the Church of God. It was a successful meeting that gathered 422 ladies and 103 children as you may see from the photos. Please we shall require your prayer support for the success of Ladies Ministries activities in Congo. Photos attached: 1.
